She Dances
She dances
Among the flowers of the fields
She dances
Like a candle in the wind
She dances, She dances
A whisper of the trees
A passing scent of daisies
An empty swing
Swaying to the wind
A distant memory
An empty hanging porch swing
Clouds passing by
Clouds passing by
She’s falling
With the flowers of the fields
She’s falling
Like a leaf on autumn trees
She’s falling
Wild flowers - embracing her bed
The echoes – of a distant voice
Somewhere – She’s dancing again
Where she’ll feel no more pain
She’s sleeping
Among the flowers of the fields
She’s dreaming
Of colors she’s never seen
She’s dreaming
Jon's Prose and Poetics
Welcome to my Page of Written Prose and Poetics. A lot of them probably don't rhyme or anything but I just kinda wrote them thinking of a song. Hopefully, these will somehow inspire you to keep hoping, and keep believing. I might add some other stuff not written by myself but perhaps have had great meaning and inspiration to me in times of joy and sorrow. All writings are copyrighted by Jon Ho 2001-2007
