The world's greatest hero
People look for strength
In masked crusaders or guys who save girls
I could be quite mistaken
To say that idea's not quite the truth
I think that heroes are made
Behind an ordinary face
Somewhere past the ideals we make
I could be wrong
But a person's heart
Is what makes him strong.
You don't need a red cape on your back
Don't need the strength of superman
Don't need your face behind a mask
To be the world's greatest hero today.
Don't need to grab the world's fame
Don't need to make yourself a name
Just know that your spirit has made you
To be the world's greatest hero today.
Jon's Prose and Poetics
Welcome to my Page of Written Prose and Poetics. A lot of them probably don't rhyme or anything but I just kinda wrote them thinking of a song. Hopefully, these will somehow inspire you to keep hoping, and keep believing. I might add some other stuff not written by myself but perhaps have had great meaning and inspiration to me in times of joy and sorrow. All writings are copyrighted by Jon Ho 2001-2007
